When prohibition shackled Arizona in 1915, Copper City Brewing Company’s owner was jailed for selling a beer in protest. Copper City Bourbon honors its namesake and Arizona’s pioneering and outlaw spirit with a passion that informs each of our spirits’ creation. Our bourbon’s mash consists of the finest corn , rye and barley and is aged at least two years in American oak. Notes of caramel and vanilla assist Copper City’s smooth finish. Whether taken neat or with a few rocks, you won’t mistake our bourbon’s old soul for anything pretentious. We’re proud of our matured and well balanced bourbon, and we think you will be too.
